Red Lake Nation Chairman Seki Urges Everyone to Take COVID-19 Seriously

COVID-19 Daily Update July 21, 2020

As more and more cities and major retailers across Minnesota and the country begin implementing face mask requirements, a Red Lake Nation Chairman is urging people to take the COVID-19 pandemic seriously and wear a mask.

Red Lake Nation CHAIRMAN -Darrell G. Seki, Sr.

In a recent interview with KAXE, Red Lake Chairman Darrell G. Seki Sr. issued a passionate statement on masks.

“I want to encourage everyone, not just Red Lake members but everyone in the state of Minnesota, to wear masks… believe that it’s dangerous… this is not a joke,” said Seki.

For more on that interview, visit KAXE’s website.

Meanwhile, major retailers like Walmart, Target, Kowalski’s, and most recently, Cub Foods, have implemented face-covering requirements.
