Minnesota has developed relationships with community organizations to provide targeted access to COVID information and resources across the state.
These COVID-19 Community Coordinators—or CCC’s—include the Department of Indian Work – Interfaith Action, the Northwest Indian Community Development Center and the American Indian Community Housing Organization.
CCC’s can answer questions about:
- Where to get tested for COVID-19
- Food support
- Health care and mental health resources
- Housing and rental assistance
- COVID-19 case investigation and contact tracing
- Employment resources
In addition to communities of color, dozens of CCC’s serve the LGBTQ-plus, disability, ethnic and immigrant communities. They can help in multiple languages.
